All-Star Company not only sells real estate, but we have some rental property in Anderson SC. We have two and three-bedroom duplex suites in the Calhoun Elementary, McCants Middle, and TL Hanna High school district.

Each unit has an attached garage, full kitchen, laundry closet, that is designed for a full-sized washer and dryer, and a spacious living room!  Included with your rental property agreement are use of a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher for the duration of your lease.  You will also receive free yard maintenance and city trash pick-up.  We take pride in our rental property, so when you lease a duplex in Anderson SC from All-Star Company, it will be in like new condition when you move in.

Our duplex suites are located just four minutes from AnMed Children and Women’s Hospital and seven minutes from the main AnMed Campus on N. Fant Street.  Also close by are many restaurants and shopping options.

The deposit for each duplex suite is the same as one month’s rent.  Utilities for our rental properties are the responsibility of each resident.
