"I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver."

Winter real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes—it’s also a season of giving, community, and finding warmth in small acts of kindness. While I don’t usually shout it from the rooftops, I’ve realized that sharing my story could inspire others to spread a little love this season.
One of my favorite traditions is participating in the Salvation Army Angel Tree. In the last couple years, some of the children I’ve chosen have been the age of my niece and nephew. Then my niece and I hit the stores and she helps me pick out some of their gifts. It’s a great way to teach her about giving back
My husband and I wish we could do more, but then I realized that with your help, we can make a bigger difference than we can by ourselves. By sharing this, I hope to inspire you to help in whatever way you can. Whether it’s donating a few dollars, sharing gently used items, or volunteering your time, giving is as much a gift for you, the giver, as it is for the recipient!
This season, as we navigate the winter real estate market and the season of goodwill, let’s also focus on spreading joy and love in our community. There are so many organizations that could use our help, so pick one from the list below and spread some good cheer this holiday season! If there is one that is near and dear to your heart that I haven’t mentions, let me know because I’ll be sure to add them!
Let’s make this winter not just about real estate, but about real heart. ❤️
