The house is absolutely perfect for entertaining family and friends. We have enjoyed the beautiful panoramic lake views from inside the house and from the amazing wrap around porches. We’ve always felt the huge porch has become a priceless additional living area to enjoy the beautiful property setting and lovely neighborhood. There’s always the opportunity to stroll taking in the breathtaking nearby mountain views, enjoying seasonal colors change, or just listening to the birds sing. It’s been so peaceful and a true serene setting, where every day is just a great day!

While outside relaxing on the porches, we’ve had so many moments enjoying a book on a chaise lounge or swing, cherished memories watching the kids play, or just enjoying fresh air nap. We’ve enjoyed the amazing porches as an outdoor living area, kitchen, with either a formal or casual dining setting. Simply said that’s why we spend as much time out there as possible. It’s been our little paradise with unlimited possibilities!

We moved into this amazing home when our son was in 1^st grade, and he is now a freshman in college. It was truly a wonderful place for him to grow up! We have great neighbors, and the neighborhood has children of all ages. Our son made great friends, some are now becoming lifetime friendships. To us that identifies a great neighborhood! The kids spent their days riding bikes, fishing, swimming, knee boarding, hunting, shooting hoops, and more. Many nights were also spent camping out.

The excellent high rated District 5 Schools offer outstanding elementary, middle and high schools options. The schools offer many academic and sports opportunities. As our son got older and was participating in so many sports, we built a large gym downstairs. It is a fantastic workout space!

One of my husband’s favorite spaces is the large workshop/garage space in the walkout basement. He stores all of his “big boy toys”, vehicles, and equipment there. When we were first looking at houses long ago, that area clinched it for him. He had no interest to even look at another house!

We have so many wonderful memories here. We’re sad to be leaving, but it is time for a new family to call this beautiful house and property “their home” now.
